This was my first mobile barber experience, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. I paid $100 for the full-service package and expected to sit back, relax, and receive a careful haircut. Instead, the entire appointment felt rushed. In my experience, 45 minutes wasn’t enough for everything included in the package.
The barber was rough and repeatedly jerked my head into position and bumped my head several times. It became frustrating and uncomfortable. There was also almost no conversation or effort to make the experience welcoming.
The haircut wasn’t what I asked for, and I’d rate the fade a 6/10. By the end, I was ready to get out of the van. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail, comfort, and service. I wouldn’t book again.

Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Cancel for free more than 24 hours before your appointment. From 1 to 24 hours before, a 50% fee applies to the service subtotal; within 1 hour, 100%. If the business cancels, there is no fee and anything you paid is refunded in full. Reschedule for free more than 24 hours before your appointment. From 2 to 24 hours before, a 25% fee applies to the service subtotal; within 2 hours, 50%. Reschedules are subject to provider availability.
Are providers background-checked?
Providers complete onboarding before taking bookings. Verification badges (license, insurance, background check) appear on a provider's profile where completed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do new customers get a discount?
Yes. New customers save $10 on a first booking of $50 or more with Vanso Mobile Barbershop.
