What's in the price?
The total you see at checkout is the price you pay — service and labor, plus any travel fee and tax, each shown as its own line before you confirm. Any added services or extra work are priced upfront and approved before any work continues.
What about tips?
Tips are optional. After the job you'll see a tip prompt with 15%, 18%, 20% (most popular), and 25% — or skip it or enter a custom amount.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking and it's free. From 1–24 hours before, a 50% fee applies to the service subtotal; within the last hour, the full 100%. A no-show is charged the full booked amount, including travel, tax and any tip added at booking. A small non-refundable card-processing fee is deducted from any refund. If your provider cancels, you're refunded in full.
Are there discounts or promotions?
Providers can run promotions — like first-booking discounts, off-peak pricing, or savings when you book multiple services at once. Any active promo is applied automatically at checkout.
