Delete your account
You can delete your RoadRun account and personal data here, or from the RoadRun app under Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email, phone number, and photo
- Your saved addresses
- Your saved payment methods — removed from your account, and we request their removal at our payment processor
- The people, pets, vehicles, and properties you saved for booking
- Your notification preferences and reminders
- Your connections to provider businesses
- Your sign-in — the account is permanently closed
What we keep
Records of completed bookings and payments are retained as required by law for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes — with your name, email, and phone number removed from them. Reviews you've posted remain, but are no longer attributed to your name.
Before you delete
Any upcoming or in-progress booking has to be cancelled or completed first. Questions, or trouble deleting? Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
