RoadRun is a technology platform that facilitates booking, scheduling, and payment processing between clients and independent service providers ("Providers"). RoadRun does not itself provide, perform, supervise, direct, or control any service listed on the platform. All services are rendered by independent Providers who are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and outcome of the work they perform.
3. No Agency or Employment Relationship
No Provider, organization, or runner listed on RoadRun is an employee, agent, joint venturer, or franchisee of ROADRUN, INC. Nothing on this site or in the use of our Services creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between RoadRun and any Provider or between RoadRun and any client.
4. Trademarks
"RoadRun," the RoadRun logo, and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of ROADRUN, INC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners. Use of third-party marks is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.

ROADRUN, INC. does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROADRUN, INC. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, property damage, personal injury, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to:
- The quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service performed by a Provider;
- Any act, omission, negligence, misconduct, or breach by a Provider;
- Your reliance on any information, content, or recommendation available through the platform;
- Your use of or inability to use the platform or Services.
ROADRUN, INC.'s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to ROADRUN, INC. by you through the platform in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ROADRUN, INC. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or any services rendered by or disputes with Providers.
9. User Content
If you submit content, you grant ROADRUN, INC. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the service, subject to our policies.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and your use of the platform are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration or, where applicable, in the courts located in Sussex County, Delaware, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
