What RoadRun does for your business

  • Customers who are looking for you

    Your business gets a public page with your services, prices, the cities you cover, your hours and your reviews. Your services also show on RoadRun's city pages for the places you serve, where customers looking for a mobile barber can book you directly.

  • Your menu, your prices

    List the cuts you offer, from a haircut or a kids cut to a beard trim or a full service, with your own price and length for each one. Customers see the price before they book.

  • Scheduling that knows the drive

    You set your working hours and the cities or ZIP codes you serve. RoadRun's scheduler plans each day around the travel between addresses, so customers are only offered times your day can actually fit.

  • Card-on-file payments

    Customers book with a card saved. Nothing is held until about 72 hours before the visit, and the card is charged after the service. Payouts go to your bank account through Stripe.

  • Tips and late cancellations

    Customers can add a tip after the visit, and tips go to the barber. Late cancellations follow one policy: Cancel for free more than 24 hours before your appointment. From 1 to 24 hours before, a 50% fee applies to the service subtotal; within 1 hour, 100%. If the business cancels, there is no fee and anything you paid is refunded in full.

  • Reminders

    Customers get a confirmation when they book and a reminder before the visit, so you are not the one chasing them.

  • A review for every visit

    After a finished visit, the customer is asked to review it. Each review belongs to that visit and shows on your business page.

  • The provider app

    Run your day from the RoadRun provider app: your stops for the day, bookings you take by phone, your services and prices, and your team and their hours.

  4. Connect Stripe so you can be paid.
  5. Go live. Your business page and services appear on RoadRun once setup is complete.
